Job Summary

An outgoing and energetic customer service representative is needed to expand our team. You will be our customers’ initial point of contact as a customer service representative, helping them out, answering their questions, and making sure they have a good experience. Your outstanding interpersonal abilities and commitment to client pleasure will help our business maintain its stellar service reputation.


  1. Greet customers warmly and professionally, either in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.Servers
  2. Listen attentively to customers’ questions, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate and helpful information.
  3. Assist customers in placing orders, making reservations, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges.
  4. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  6. Record and update customer information and interactions in the company database.


  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Excellent communication skills. Intelligent and quick learner
  • An overall pleasing and well-groomed appearance, (no facial piercings., no visible tattoos, no criminal record)
  • Recognizes the importance of providing excellent customer service (Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered an advantage)
  • Demonstrated interest in learning the Japanese language, Understanding of culture and diversity. (Ability to speak the Japanese language is considered an advantage)
