Job Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a variety of settings, such as workplaces, residential buildings, schools, or public facilities, as a Cleaner. Your job entails a variety of cleaning duties that ensure a clean and sanitary environment for tenants and visitors. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication to keeping the premises clean will all add to the general well-being and comfort of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
  2. Restroom Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
  3. Waste Disposal: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in designated containers.Machine Operator
  4. Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a clear and polished appearance.
  5. Surface Disinfection: Use appropriate cleaning agents to disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs and handrails.
  6. Furniture Care: Dust and clean furniture, ensuring it remains in good condition.
  7. Floor Care: Follow floor care procedures, including polishing and waxing floors to maintain a clean and shiny appearance.
  8. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or damages for repair or replacement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.

  • Valid passport with at least one year validity.
  • Valid NBI clearance.
  • POEA e-Registration.
  • Online PEOS (Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar).
  • Updated CV/resume/biodata with a photo taken within the last 3 months.
  • Video clip, if applicable.
  • 2×2 ID-sized photos (2 pcs.) in a collared shirt with a white background.
  • OFW Information Sheet, if applicable.
  • Valid TESDA NCII for the job applied, if required by the employer.
  • 3-character references with the following information: full name, current address, & active mobile number.

Requirements for Professional Applicants:

  • Valid passport with at least one year validity.
