Job Summary

Your major responsibility as a Service Engineer is to give technical support and help to clients, guaranteeing the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of goods and equipment. You will be in charge of diagnosing and resolving technical problems, performing repairs, and providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

All kind of repair and maintenance works at screw and reciprocating compressors.
Complete commissioning and start-up of industrial refrigeration plants.
Write professional service and assessment reports.
Reports formal and informal to the service manager.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors.
Trouble shooting and assessment of refrigeration plants.
Travel is a mandatory part of the job.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Mechanical Engineering graduate with ammonia and industrial refrigeration experience.
Familiar with P&ID drawings, mechanical and electrical drawings.
Fluent in English both written and verbal, Arabic would be added advantage.
Willing to be abroad and travel frequently.
