Job Summary

A Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing and organising operations within an organisation during a certain shift. To maintain a seamless workflow, high productivity, and a pleasant working environment, this leadership role necessitates a mix of management abilities, operational acumen, and good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of employees, providing direction, support, and motivation throughout the shift.
Delegate tasks, set expectations, and foster a sense of teamwork to achieve common goals.
Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes, procedures, and quality standards.
Oversee production, service delivery, or tasks, making real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Create shift schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate staffing needs to meet operational demands.
Ensure adequate coverage and manage breaks to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Minimum university degree, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highly preferable.
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position with reputable international Quick Service Restaurants’ chain.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command of English language (reading, writing & speaking)
