Receptionist

Receptionists provide administrative support by answering phones, greeting guests, arranging meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel arrangements.

You must have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, to be successful in this profession. Prior experience working as a receptionist is also advantageous.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

They are responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
