A Canning Supervisor is an important profession in the food processing sector, managing the canning process and guaranteeing the effective production of canned goods. They are responsible for managing the canning line, overseeing a team of workers, and adhering to quality control standards in order to supply safe and high-quality canned goods.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Additional Info

Maintain cutting equipment, tolerate strong smells, ensure sanitation, tend canning machine, preserve fish products, mark differences in colours, clean food and beverage machinery:
Check quality of products on the production line
Administer ingredients in food production
Be at ease in unsafe environments & Apply preservation treatments
Apply requirements concerning manufacturing of F&B
