Forklift Operator

Philippine Human Resource Worldwide Employment Co.

Use a forklift to move, stack, load, and unload goods and commodities in a safe and efficient manner.

To provide a safe working environment for yourself and others, follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Perform pre-operational inspections on the forklift to verify it is in good working order and report any problems or malfunctions.
Using the forklift, load and unload trucks, containers, and shelves, ensuring adequate weight distribution and secure item placement.
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, transport items and supplies to designated storage places or production lines.
To maximize storage space, stack and organize things and supplies neatly and orderly.
Work with warehouse staff to arrange the movement and prioritizing of goods in accordance with production or shipment schedules.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Additional Info

Valid forklift operator certification or license achieved through adequate training and assessment.
Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Excellent understanding of forklift operation techniques, safety precautions, and maintenance procedures.
To maneuver the forklift in tight spaces and around obstacles, you must have excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
When handling items and materials, pay close attention to detail and correctness.
Communication abilities that allow you to coordinate with team members and follow instructions.
Physical stamina to endure extended durations of sitting, standing, and forklift operation.
Work in a fast-paced atmosphere and adapt to shifting priorities.
Problem-solving abilities are required to identify and address operational issues or equipment faults.
