Hr Coordinator

You would be responsible as an HR Coordinator for providing comprehensive support to the HR department and supporting various HR functions. You’ll help with employee onboarding and offboarding, HR recordkeeping, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and understanding of HR processes will all help to the organization’s HR department remaining efficient and effective.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Human Resource Management or similar fields.

Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Experience in Accounting and Training and Development
Computer Literate with capability in Email, MS Office and related business and communication tools

Additional Info

Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Files documents into appropriate employee files.
