Senior Architect Engineer

As a Senior Architect Engineer, you will be responsible for directing and supervising architectural projects from start to finish. You will be in charge of providing technical expertise, supervising project teams, and ensuring that architectural concepts are delivered successfully. Your experience and knowledge in architecture and engineering will be invaluable in developing unique and functional designs while keeping structural integrity, building systems, and regulatory compliance in mind. Strong leadership abilities, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to interact effectively with customers, consultants, and construction teams are required for this job.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering (Others) or similar fields.

Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Additional Info

Review/study the design criteria and specifications of projects.Prepare Drawing schedule and study CADD and Engineering Hours . Supervise CADD operators and make sure that their work is in the right track and as per schedule.
Pre site visit and coordination with site for as built condition. Design and study different architectural proposals for projects. Prepare shop drawings and release to client for approval. Review the commented drawings and arrange re submittal.
Meet the client frequently to clarify any ambiguites at the design stage. make sure that all drawings produced for all disciplines are well coordinated. Coordinate with electro- Mechanical Department. Coordinate with scheduling&cost control depart.
