Store Manager

As a business Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of a retail business. Your major goal is to guarantee that the business is profitable, that customers are satisfied, and that all store activities run smoothly. You will manage inventory, evaluate sales performance, uphold store standards, and provide outstanding customer service while leading a team of employees. Your leadership abilities, financial acumen, and customer-centric approach will be critical to the store’s success.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.

Additional Info

Manage the Retail Store daily Operations ensuring a continued focus on sales and customer service
Train, manage and regularly evaluated your staff performance. Your job is to provide continual training and development opportunities to our team.
Mentor staff within your team and create fun and vibrant workplace environment
Continuous manage\monitor stocks levels.
Ensure inventory is managed through stock takes, identifying any stock variances and follow our process to minimize stock issues
Address customer requests/ feedback in a timely manner
Set and monitor the Store sales targets, making every effort to meet the sales targets
Prepare and submit monthly reviews.
